Client

Our client is the world’s leading platform to enable and accelerate global, direct-to-consumer cross-border e-commerce growth. They make selling internationally as simple as selling domestically for hundreds of retailers and brands worldwide.

Currently they are in the process of setting up a team in Romania.

Role

This is a role for someone who’s passionate about technology and data (pipes), with end-to-end experience developing data pipelines, working in a complex, cloud-based environment

Responsibilities

Designing and implementing infrastructure.
Monitoring and optimizing the performance.
Automating our deployment process.
Maintaining and updating infrastructure and applications.
Providing troubleshooting and debugging support.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
You have experience with infrastructure automation.
You have experience with coding/scripting languages.
You know how to use Git and version control.
You have worked with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
You have worked with different types of databases such as Postgres, SQL Server, Couchbase, Mongo, etc.
You have worked with Data pipelines and tools such as Debezium and Kafka
You are a creative thinker and like to design out-of-the-box solutions to solve a number of problems.
You have excellent communication skills in English.
