Our Client works on large scale digital transformation programs in Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Customer Experience from roadmap to execution. They have clients from all industries, but they are leading the market in the automotive and service industry.

They are setting up a Center of Excellence in Marketing Automation and Business Intelligence with a brand new team in Romania! This is a great opportunity to be part of the founding team and to start this new adventure.
Responsibilities
Develop and refine predictive models and algorithms to improve business outcomes, using Python and Dataiku.
Design and manage data warehouses and data lakes using Snowflake, ensuring data quality and accessibility.
Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large volumes of data.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Continuously improve data processing methods and algorithm performance.
Prepare visualizations and reports to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
You will collaborate with the data engineering team to address any data quality issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in data science, with a strong foundation in Python and SQL.
Proficiency in using data science platforms such as Dataiku is a strong plus.
Experience with Snowflake.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
