Our Danish client is creating a customer loyalty and sales platform for the future across the global retail industry. The app solution enables retailers to move from omni channel marketing to individually tailored communication and sales.
A very relatable and easy to use product, with more than two million users who downloaded the application.

Role
As a Cyber Security Specialist you’ll be integral to our client mission of maintaining the highest standards of cybersecurity. Your responsibilities will include implementing and monitoring security measures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and responding to security incidents promptly and effectively
Responsibilities
Collaborate with teams to assess and resolve security vulnerabilities.
Implement and maintain security solutions, including Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
Monitor, identify, and remediate security incidents.
Work closely with Security, Core Platform, and Support teams to ensure comprehensive security coverage.
Decrease the number of vulnerabilities through effective tracking and mitigation efforts.
Enhance the maturity level and utilization of security solutions.
Ensure prompt resolution of security incidents to minimize potential impact.
Requirements
Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
Proficiency in incident response efforts and mitigation strategies.
Experience with Public Cloud platforms, particularly Azure/Microsoft 365.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Curiosity and eagerness to learn about emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies.
Supportive mindset, ready to assist colleagues and stakeholders.
Structured approach to tasks and projects, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Education & work experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or similar
2-4 years of experience
- relevant courses/certifications, such as Azure Security Fundamentals; Required certifications – SC-200, Microsoft Security Operations Analyst and SC-900, Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals and other security-related certifications
