Responsibilities
Conduct security audits to ensure compliance and address potential issues proactively
Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish an effective information security audit program.
Ensure compliance with the changing laws and applicable regulations
Develop and implement audit plans that are aligned to the organizational objectives and security requirements
Review and interpret cybersecurity / information security policies and controls
Maintain a current understanding the IT threat landscape for the business context
Schedule and conduct IS audits
Analyze and interpret IS audit results
Report results and provide recommendations to the system owner(s).
Requirements
Relevant working experience auditor, business analyst, or security analyst
Experienced in IT security standards 2700x, PCIDSS, NIS
Have CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC or other similar certifications.
Have a strong foundational knowledge in information technology such as:
good knowledge of networking, architecture, protocols, files systems and operating systems.
The ability to offer a proper and timely response to a breach in
Information security knowledge
The ability to work independently
Working knowledge of risk management
The ability to interface easily with internal staff at all levels as well as outside authorities
Good English skills
Skills and abilities to perform the job
Excellent communication skills
Problem solving skills
Team player
Able to interact with the client’ upper management and to clearly articulate the issue and the related impact
