About the role
Our Senior Technical Recruiter will help grow our client community by executing our talent acquisition strategy for attracting, hiring, and setting the foundation for a highly engaged experience in which employees have the capabilities for success and are a strong cultural fit.
Manage the full life cycle recruiting process from screening, scheduling interviews, soliciting feedback, and communicating status to candidates
Provide a strong candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
Consult with hiring managers to identify/scope recruitment needs and develop/implement effective sourcing strategies
Educate and influence hiring leaders on candidate skills, recruiting processes, strategies and market conditions
Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels
Work closely with the People Team to pull accurate reports and create documentation for a positive candidate experience
Track project progress through project management software such as Clickup and Google suite
Maintain written and verbal communication with internal and external customers throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, at least 3 years in tech recruitment hiring talents for the video gaming or technology space
Strong sense of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Passion for video games and creative a bonus
Flexibility and a willingness to work with rapidly shifting priorities, multiple hiring teams and a large requisition load
Experience in building strong pipelines through research, developing, and implementing candidate sourcing strategies to connect with passive and active candidates
Excellent internal client management skills, including active listening, influencing, coaching and ability to drive cross-functional accountability
Strong interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal in English, other languages an asset
Ability to work effectively with leaders at all organizational levels through strong consultative approach
Above average time management and organizational skills to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced team environment
Startup experience is a strong plus
