Responsibilities
Manage the development team (6-8 software developers and QA engineers);
Lead the Scrum Ceremonies (Planning, Daily Standup, Retrospective, Backlog Grooming);
Drive the development for a large scale distributed web application;
Contribute to core components;
Provide support and coaching for the team members;
Participate on the recruiting process.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in similar positions;
Experience as SCRUM Master for a mid-large sized development team;
Solid experience in architecting and development of large scale web distributed applications;
Strong experience with web technology stacks (PHP, Typescript, JavaScript and Node.Js);
The ability to switch between different technologies and stacks;
Extensive experience in developing complex cross-technology services;
Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB is a big plus);
Experience on exposing or integrating public APIs (REST);
Experience with external services and platforms like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, VMware ESX or Microsoft Hyper-V is a big plus.
