Main responsibilities
- Responsible for market segments: Utilities;
- Application: supports the growth of sales and the knowledge of the assigned products, according to the advice and under the supervision of the Utilities Sales Director and according to the company’s strategy on the Romanian market.
Main atributes
Active sales;
- Prepare, develop and maintain a database for: customers, end users, contractors, designers, engineering companies, OEM;
- Gather information on future projects; provides information on GF piping systems solutions;
- Bidding – follow-up of offers;
- Organize workshop sessions;
- Marketing support: updating marketing tools; proposals for technical documentation in Romanian language;
- Technical and commercial support for:
- Existing and new dealers and for their customers;
- Participates in training or supervising of less experienced sales representatives;
- Prepares quotations and technical documentation for requests of offers;
- Prepare sales presentations to match company products/services to the needs of potential dealers/customers;
- Handle customer complaints and report promptly whenever appropriate;
- Organize marketing actions for the assigned products:
- Participate in exhibitions in the field;
- Make suggestions on increasing product awareness;
- Introduce new products to the market.
- Prepare and transmit standard information: Information for dealers and customers;
- Follow up and finalize purchases through SICAP platform
Support for General Manager, Utilities Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Experience in the field of sales at least 5 years;
- Advanced level English;
- University degree
- Excellent technical knowledge of client piping systems & solutions;
- Knowing the offers and prices of competing products;
- Professional attitude, sales and interpersonal skills
