Our client is very well-known high-tech company with strong experience in the software industry.
Responsibilities
Partner with CRM managers to ensure ongoing configuration and optimization of various marketing retention campaigns and activities
Knowing all our back-office systems and being the focal point for all queries
Delivering campaigns insights and making recommendations by performing post-campaign analysis
Initiating optimization process where needed
Monitoring CRM KPIs and measurements
Monitoring and preventing fraud activity- analyzing and optimizing customer behavior data to identify and block fraud
gaming activity
Working with multiple interfaces: CRM team, customer support & Tech team.
Responding to support queries if needed.
Requirements
Excellent level of English
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Experience working with Excel (Pivot, V-lookup, Charts)
SAP BO knowledge with experience in querying large, complex data sets & Reports – an advantage
Great attention to details
Technically capable with desire to improve processes.
Sharp analytical skills -Experience translating analytics into business recommendations and considerations
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well independently and as a team
Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Industrial Management an advantage
SQL knowledge
Experience in Risk analyst roles in the online industries
