Your mission

Be the hands-on owner of our executive performance narrative and decision cadence: run high-quality weekly and monthly reporting for C-level and investors, develop decision-ready business cases and models, and maintain a clear view on competitors and market dynamics. You aggregate inputs from team analysts and team leads across Product, Marketing, and Finance and turn them into clear executive narratives—so leadership always knows what changed, why it changed, what it means, and what we do next. You own the preparation and storyline quality for monthly company reviews, board meetings, and investor presentations, combining rigorous thinking with crisp, investor-grade communication.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

Own the weekly executive performance cadence: Plan vs. Actual vs. Forecast, key KPI movements, drivers, risks, and actions—delivered as a clear, decision-ready pack.
Own monthly company reviews: prepare agenda, pre-read, decisions, and follow-ups; ensure leadership-grade output quality.
Prepare and follow up board/advisory meetings: create prereads, storyline, KPI views, decision asks; document outcomes and track follow-ups.
Own C-level reporting cadence: daily mini-brief, weekly performance pack, and investor/board packs as needed (structure, narrative, visuals).
Run the daily anomaly triage: highlight only the few critical movements, capture the likely drivers from domain owners, and define next actions/owners (no deep dives in the daily).
Set up and run a weekly synthesis loop with team analysts and team leads to collect inputs, validate explanations, and create one coherent exec storyline.
Develop business cases and models for strategic initiatives (market sizing, scenarios, ROI, risks, milestones, resourcing) and drive them to decision.
Run systematic market & competitor intelligence (competitor moves, offers/pricing, channel shifts, key signals) and integrate into planning and cases.
Create investor-grade presentations: crisp storyline, defensible numbers, clean visuals; ensure consistent narrative across decks and periods.
Maintain a single source of truth for executive templates, KPI definitions used in packs, and decision logs (measurement/attribution interpretation rules are owned by the Marketing Analyst).
Coordinate with Data/Analytics Engineering and domain owners to ensure data correctness, reproducibility, and fast access to the right cuts.
Document processes, templates, and decision logs (AI-assisted drafting encouraged; correctness and clarity are non-negotiable).

Your Key Competencies

Must have:

Strong analytical capability: SQL literacy + spreadsheet modeling; ability to interpret data and translate it into executive insights
Strong understanding of cross-functional KPIs: product funnels/cohorts/retention, marketing efficiency, unit economics, and finance basics
Forecasting literacy: ability to build and maintain Plan vs. Actual vs. Forecast views and explain deltas clearly
Business case building: ROI logic, scenarios, sensitivity analysis, assumption hygiene
Executive communication: ability to create investor-/board-grade decks & prereads (structured storyline, clear charts, high visual quality)
Strong stakeholder synthesis: ability to collect inputs from specialists and convert them into one coherent executive narrative

Nice to have

Python for analysis/automation; familiarity with modern data stacks/warehouses
Exposure to MMM/incrementality concepts (not the owner of interpretation rules)
Market intelligence processes/tooling experience

Your soft skills

Extreme ownership and reliability (weekly and board cadence cannot slip)
High quality bar for clarity and visuals; strong attention to detail
Calm under pressure; strong prioritization and time management
Very strong facilitation and follow-up discipline (closes loops, documents decisions)
Discretion and trustworthiness (investor-/board-sensitive information)
Low-ego collaborator; effective without people-management scope

Your impact in this role

Weekly leadership steering improves because Plan vs. Actual vs. Forecast is consistently explained with clear actions and owners.
Board/advisory meetings become efficient and decision-oriented through high-quality prereads, clear decision asks, and tracked follow-ups.
Faster strategic execution because business cases and models are decision-ready.
Improved investor readiness through consistent, defensible reporting and presentation quality.
Better strategic positioning by keeping leadership continuously informed about competitors and market signals.

Your Background – Education & Experience

8–12+ years in Big 4 consulting (Strategy / Deal Advisory / Performance Improvement / Analytics / CFO Advisory) with a proven track record of C-level and board-facing deliverables (weekly packs, board prereads, investor decks, business cases).
Senior IC profile (Senior Manager-equivalent capability) who is comfortable staying hands-on and does not require people leadership scope.
Demonstrated ownership of weekly performance cadences (Plan vs. Actual vs. Forecast) and board/investor preparation and follow-up (decision asks, minutes, action tracking).
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Informatics, Statistics or a comparable quantitative field.
