Role

As UX/Interaction Designer in the Front Door Team, you’ll create intuitive, accessible solutions across our client digital healthcare ecosystem. You’ll balance patient-facing applications with Self-Service tools for healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless experiences throughout. This role requires interaction design expertise to create intuitive user journeys across all products.
A key responsibility is managing and evolving our design system, ensuring consistency, usability, and scalability. You’ll work closely with other designers and developers to establish clear guidelines, documentation, and processes for maintaining and expanding the design components.

To create intuitive, accessible design solutions that elevate experiences across their digital healthcare ecosystem. Your work ensures patients can easily find and access the care they need, reducing friction and uncertainty in their healthcare journey. Through structured processes and attention to detail, you’ll build consistency across products while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Through structured design system management, you’ll also enable faster and more efficient product development, minimizing inconsistencies and reducing design debt. By designing effective digital front doors, you’ll help more patients connect with the right care at the right time.

Responsibilities

Design Execution: Design intuitive user flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes that simplify complex healthcare journeys.
Design System Management: Maintain and evolve our design system architecture, component library, and documentation, including establishing standardized processes for contribution and implementation.
Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders
Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Compliance & Accessibility: Ensure all designs meet healthcare regulatory compliance standards and WCAG accessibility requirements.
Documentation: Create and maintain thorough documentation for design decisions, compliance requirements, and implementation guidelines
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in existing user experiences.

Requirements

Education & Language

Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
Full professional proficiency in English.

Experience & Skills

5+ years professional UX/interaction design experience, ideally in complex product ecosystems
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing scalable design systems.
Demonstrated ability to execute end-to-end interaction design, creating thoughtful user flows and detailed specifications as evidenced in your portfolio.
Advanced Figma skills including component variants, tokens, auto-layout, and interactive prototyping.
Experience designing for both web and native platforms, with understanding of responsive design principles.
Experience conducting remote usability testing and implementing data-driven improvements.
Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards and healthcare compliance considerations
Experience in remote collaboration environments.

Merits
