Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced VIP Manager to lead and develop the VIP client department. This key position will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies that ensure an exceptional gaming experience for VIP clients while building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with them.
Responsibilities
Supervising and coordinating the VIP client management team to ensure established objectives are met.
Collecting data and analyzing the activity of all platform clients to identify Pre-VIP and VIP clients.
Creating and implementing strategies for attracting and retaining VIP clients, including loyalty plans and personalized rewards programs.
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the VIP department, including client feedback analysis and performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
Monitoring VIP client activity by analyzing client behavior to enhance services and increase satisfaction.
Planning and organizing exclusive marketing campaigns and events for VIP clients, ensuring they are well-received and contribute to client satisfaction.
Collaborating closely with other departments, such as marketing, customer support, and product development, to align VIP initiatives with the company’s overall objectives.
Preparing and presenting periodic reports to senior management on the status and performance of the VIP department, including achievements and challenges encountered.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience managing VIP client relationships, preferably in the online gaming industry or in a similar field.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in motivating and developing staff.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and resolve client issues professionally.
A proactive, client-focused approach, with an emphasis on creating personalized, high-quality experiences.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
A bachelor’s degree in management, marketing, business, or a relevant field is an advantage.
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
