Our Client works on large scale digital transformation programs in Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Customer Experience from roadmap to execution. They have clients from all industries, but they are leading the market in the automotive and service industry.

They set up a Center of Excellence in Marketing Automation and Business Intelligence with a brand new team in Romania! This is a great opportunity to be part of the founding team and to start this new adventure.
Role
To further strengthen our teams we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst, who helps in making companies better in their digital transformations through data & visualization.
Requirements
Can translate business requirements into technical activities for the team of developers.
Is a strong communicator and can navigate a multitude of stakeholder management relationships with ease.
Seeks to understand the big picture & project context.
Has experience in working on projects for developing customer applications from scratch.
Has a strong analytic mindset.
Has experience with BPMN and with UML diagrams.
Has 3-4 years of experience in a related role.
You have a “can-do” mentality, nothing can stop you!
A communicative approach, both during the positive and negative moments within a project.
A mindset in which you always guide colleagues and help where necessary.
You are fluent in English.
