Client
Our Client works on large scale digital transformation programs in Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Customer Experience from roadmap to execution. They have clients from all industries, but they are leading the market in the automotive and service industry.

They are setting up a Center of Excellence in Marketing Automation and Business Intelligence with a brand new team in Romania! This is a great opportunity to be part of the founding team and to start this new adventure.
For their client, you will work for the Human Resources division, People & Innovation. You will be part of the Data Analytics and HR Solutions team (part of Business Innovation within P&I). The team’s mission is to deliver transparent and accurate data to P&I teams and business leaders, enable decision-making through business intelligence, and provide consistent people analytics insights.
Responsibilities
- You will evaluate existing HR processes, identify potential risks and gaps, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement improvements.
- You will collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and generate reports for decision-making.
- You will work to improve the data entry quality by simplifying and standardizing HR processes.
- You will write process documentation and create training materials.
- You will support HR business partners in system data entry, maintenance, and changes within Peoplesoft (following the prescribed guidelines) across the Pan-E region.
- You will engage with HR business partners, managers, and various stakeholders to understand needs and communicate findings effectively.
- You will support multiple and diverse PeopleSoft-related projects, focusing on data mapping.
- You are open to occasional travel to the client’s site.
Requirements
- You have a “can-do” mentality, nothing can stop you!
- You have proven experience in HR administration, are familiar with HR processes from new hire to termination and understand data source attributes and how they correlate.
- You have experience working with PeopleSoft 9.2 or a similar human resources management system.
- You have proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- You have a solid understanding of business analysis concepts and methodologies.
- You have the ability to write and read user requirements.
- You have experience in writing process documentation.
- You’ve been praised for your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are known for your strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- You focus on continuous process improvement and quality assurance.
- You are a fast learner and proactive.
- You have experience in stakeholder management and project coordination.
- You have a general interest in technological advancements.
- You have excellent communication skills and are able to support non-technical audiences.
- Experience in coordinating tool migration is a plus.
- You have Microsoft Office proficiency.
- You are fluent in English.
