Our Danish client is creating a customer loyalty and sales platform for the future across the global retail industry. They provide a powerful, modular, scalable SaaS platform that empowers grocery retailers to deliver seamless promotion management, enhanced loyalty programs, and streamlined checkout capabilities
A very relatable and easy to use product, with more than two million users who downloaded the application.
There is a big opportunity of on working with cutting edge technologies, in an international set up with Danish leadership values (focused on flat hierarchy and a big trust in their employees)
Role
We are currently looking for one more talented User Experience Designer for our client Bucharest team who will be working on existing products as well as creating new applications together with great team members located in Lviv, Bucharest, and Albertslund.
You will be part of a strong UX and UI team where knowledge sharing and collaboration are the key ingredients.
Responsibilities
You will have the user experience design role in one or more teams and be driving initiatives in the design thinking process such as:
Conducting user research and user tests to gain insights into user behaviors and needs with our retailers.
Generating and visualizing ideas based on user and business needs.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
Be part of or lead concept workshops
Collaborating and communicating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams and being the link between end users, customers, management, and developers in the process of delivering world-class digital products and services.
Requirements
3+ years of practical experience in delivering strong digital user experiences.
Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and deliverables.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Ability to translate research findings into visually pleasing concepts.
Hands-on experience setting up user flows and creating low- and high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma and similar.
Hands-on experience designing web and mobile applications.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
Working structured with the tasks at hand and delivering according to the expectations set.
Good written and verbal English.
Hands-on experience with data-driven decision-making is a huge plus.
Experience working in a distributed team is also a plus.
