Responsibilities

Creating, organizing, and maintaining up-to-date and archiving personnel records
Update our SAP employee database with the requested info and provide the management with the database’s reports
Providing accurate information regarding leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules
Working closely with all HR Functions, Finance, and management of the site

Requirements

Very good knowledge of Romanian labor law
Previous experience (5+ years) as an HR admin
High-level Excel skills
Medium to advanced English skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Organizing skills
Very High accountability
