Responsibilities
Management Team:
Create a work environment where each person can be authentic, learn to know themselves and cultivate them potential
Create feedback rituals and promote the expression and understanding of different points of view
Provide meaning, purpose and framework to the team. You explain the “why”, and involve the team in participating in the “how?”
Favor the functioning of the team in an agile way
You are the main actor in the management of the team: recruitment, onboarding, training, accompaniment in the development paths, evaluation
You are the main interlocutor of your team members in their up & down moments
Communication strategy:
Develop the omnichannel communication strategy for better visibility in the market
Lead the creation of relevant content for the various communication channels (website, social networks, e-mail, advertising, etc.)
Supervise the planning and implementation of online and offline advertising campaigns
You collaborate closely with the marketing team and the store teams to ensure brand consistency in all communication campaigns
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategy accordingly to optimize results
Participate in the development of strategic markets
Manage the opening of new stores
Communicate with the agencies and establish the monthly communication plan
Manage potential crises and ensure the image of the brand
Constantly monitor the competition to ensure keeping the company at the forefront of communication and marketing trends
Manage and estimate the project budget and business plan
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing
Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, online and offline: 3-5 years
Experience in coordinating a team for at least 1 year
Google Analytics, but also knowledge of web analysis, online promotion tools, plus SEO/SEM
Experience in managing marketing budgets and advertising campaigns
Ability to work in an agile way
English – advanced level
French – is an advantage
