Responsibilities
- Handling daily administrative tasks such as phone calls, correspondence, and managing both internal and external documents.
- Preparing, organizing, and recording accounting documents.
- Greeting visitors and informing the appropriate company contacts of their arrival.
- Providing protocol support during meetings, according to daily needs.
- Receiving, registering, distributing, filing, and archiving correspondence and messages from partners, clients, and employees.
- Drafting business correspondence required for day-to-day operations.
- Sending documents via post, fax, or email.
- Maintaining and updating the company’s document database.
- Coordinating hotel bookings for external partners and guests.
- Preparing reports, documents, and summaries requested by management.
- Offering administrative assistance to all company departments.
- Filing and archiving company documents in an organized manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar Assistant Manager role.
- Advanced proficiency in English (written, spoken, and reading).
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills for managing time, tasks, and workspace efficiently.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capacity to meet tight deadlines and manage workload effectively.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Strong skills in handling and processing documents.
- Experience in planning, coordinating, and organizing activities and operations.
