Job purpose
Executing all HR relevant tasks for the local entity to ensure proper handling of HR processes in line with the HR Strategy and the Strategy of the corporation.
To align employees with business strategy guiding to leadership with talent initiatives and organizational development. Create a strong workplace culture, enhancing team performance, and ensuring business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Create Executing all administrative tasks of local HR Management like e.g. creating employment contracts and related agreements, attendance control, absence management
- Join final interviews alongside Hiring Managers to ensure candidates align with our company values, personality expectations, and cultural fit for the local RO Sales Team and the Global IT Hub.
- Preparation of payroll in cooperation with outsourcing partner
- Initiate and control execution of the global HR processes like Performance & Development evaluation, MbO, Talent Management and local Succession Planning
- Organising local and regional development measures according to local needs
- Executing local operative actions according to the BU EMEA HR activities
- Organising general local employee events
Requirements
- Experience as HR Generalist / Specialist 3-5 years
- Workday (is a plus)
- International collaboration exposure
- Good communication skills & empathy
- Active Listening: Understand employee concerns deeply and build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Communication: Convey policies, feedback, and ideas with clarity and sensitivity, adapting to different audiences.
- Conflict Resolution & Negotiation: Mediate disputes and find balanced solutions that support both people and business needs
