Responsibilities

Develop and implement the communication strategy in social networks and communities
Design, manage and implement social media campaigns from the idea phase to execution and analysis
Analyze, understand the needs of the online target and determine the most effective and appropriate way to communicate with them
Develop and implement new projects together with colleagues from the marketing department
Create and coordinate projects that help to grow, consolidate and customer loyalty
Customer service online – respond to the requests of customers and those who interact on social media channels
Organize events together with the Marketing Communication Manager
Carry out permanent analyzes of the DIY market from the point of view of online marketing
Up to date with the latest online trends
Constantly in touch with members of the online and offline communities
Keep in touch with the advertising agencies we work with on different projects

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience
Excellent communication skills
English – advanced level
French – is an advantage
Organized
Team spirit
