Job description
Looking for a creative and highly qualified Pricing specialist with marketing acumen and distinguished performance in data analysis. B2B2C Pricing Specialist should have an active role in leading and monitoring across B2B2C deals across company as well as define and implement partnership pricing strategy along with innovative pricing strategies to optimize revenue and customer base.
Responsibilities
B2B2C price strategy set up and maintenance
Recommend price positioning (vs. competition) and price levels across product portfolio and regions
Assure pricing competitive analysis through appropriate strategic reports and proactively anticipate
competitor pricing moves
Develop and implement of consistent pricing strategy, structures and policies across Consumer
products and its segments
Lead the pricing optimization
Monitor price execution in specific deals
Assist during negotiation the partnership development team and adapt accordingly
Design price tracking dashboard
Input on Regional price monitoring dashboard
Discount and Promo approval and tracking
Validate and recommend discounting level based on deal or channel specific and historical
data analysis
Ensure alignment across all sales channels and products
Drive data analysis and take aways from pricing/discounting perspective
Special Price Approval
Contribute to definition of exception pricing rules based on strategic business goals
Provide appropriate exception pricing support/guidance/control to sales channels based on
defined exception pricing rules
Ensure coherence in pricing flows: acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, renewal
Requirements
Mastery of Excel, and advanced knowledge of reporting tools (Tableau), web platforms (Adobe Analytics,
Google Analytics etc);
Experience in a pricing role with proven impact to the bottom line;
Strong analytical competencies and formal thinking, able to break problems down in their key variables
and identify the relations between them;
Autonomous, rigorous, self-motivated, problem solving attitude, flexible;
Fluent written and spoken English, concise writing skills;
High attention to detail without compromising the ability to keep track of the assigned ongoing tasks;
Very good communication skills and ability to integrate quickly in a team;
Opened to managing task groups, projects and people in time;
