Client

Our client is the strong technology partner of the entire group it is part of. As a central IT service provider, our client is responsible for the selection and provision of IT infrastructure, IT platforms and business applications.

Role

As part of the Local Staffing Team within the Recruitment Department, the Talent Acquisition Consultant will handle end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide variety of roles open within our client IT group, covering various areas of expertise and seniority levels. Also, you will have a strong contribution by supporting other HR processes such as: Onboarding, Exit, Engagement, etc.

Responsibilities

Managing the full life cycle of recruitment.
Be the first contact with potential candidates, seamlessly leading them through the recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, initial contact, scheduling interviews, to providing guidance up to point of offer;
Handling the offering process as a first step in the hiring of the candidate.
Maintaining the relationship with the Hiring Managers through-out the recruitment process;
Keeping all the necessary correspondence with the selected candidates and offers feedback to candidates regarding their application to the open positions;
Maintaining data reports and performance metrics to share with hiring teams on a regular basis;
Monitoring and apply HR recruiting best practices;
Centralizing data and generating various reports (on call duty, overtime, vacation days, etc.)
Running the Onboarding program for the new employees;
Performing the exit interviews;
Scheduling trainings according to the curricula and collecting feedback from the participants (regarding trainers, content, etc.)

Your profile

Bachelor’s Degree.
3+ years work experience in recruiting talents for IT industry.
Deep understanding of the Tech hiring landscape and complexity of talent markets;
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates and the interview team throughout the hiring process.
To have a good inter-personal skill and can handle contacts with own customers, recruitment and contract agencies, and other suppliers with a minimum of supervision.
A strong work ethic and proactive attitude that contributes to successful initiatives.
Fluency in English.
Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills;
